The Cottage

North Shore Cottage Aruba, a brand new cute as pie cottage-style vacation home, was built in 2007 and it has been a vacation rental since 2008. It has been home to guests from the Netherlands, Italy, Venezuela, Peru, Scotland, England and the United States so far.

It is cute small home with a well thought out lay-out, a relaxed beach house feel and beautiful cottage-style interior. Lots of amenties and extra benefits to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

It consists of one bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room, large and modern kitchen, bathroom with shower (hot and cold water) and a loft upstairs that has 2 single beds and a toddler bed. Extra roll-away bed and baby crib are available upon request.

Upstairs in the loft there’s also a desk with a high speed internet PC set-up with a webcam, MSN and alo Skype for free/cheap international calling. Free wireless internet throughout and around the cottage, especially for those who do bring their laptop.

There’s cable TV with DVD player, cd player, radio, I-pod docking station, games, toys, and a collection of dvds, cds, books and magazines. For a complete list of all the goodies, check the "Amenities" page.

The kitchen is complete with a large full size fridge with freezer compartment, gas stove with 4 burners, gas oven, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, tosti-maker, juicer, all pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, silverware etc. Fresh herbs in the window sills for cooking.

The verandah has a pick nick table and a hammock. There’s a BBQ as well for those who like to grill.

There’s airconditioning in the bedroom as well as in the living room / loft and the building and windows are positioned in such a way that natural breezes gently flow through the rooms.

There’s a shed or storage garage next to the cottage that houses the washing machine, mountain bikes, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, 4WD kid’s jeep, kid’s toys etc.

All bath and bed linens are provided, including extra large plush and soft beach towels. Maidservice is provided once a week and is available more often upon request at a small surcharge.
