• Rates are per night based on double occupancy and bedroom AC use only
• Extra persons US$15.00 extra per night (includes living room/loft AC use)
• Children under 12 stay for free with adults and are not counted as extra persons.
• End cleaning charge of $45.00 (maid service 1x per week is included, additional cleaning is available upon request at a small surcharge)
• Additional is 10% tax
• Minimum stay is 3 nights
• Reservations for less than 3 nights may be accepted at owner’s discretion depending on availability
• Special price for stays of 4 weeks and longer
• Reservations to be made in advance
• Check-in time is 3:00pm., Check-out time is 11:00am.
  Late check-outs and early arrivals on request and possible if availability allows.
