Our Location

The cottage is uniquely located in pristine natural surroundings on Aruba’s North Shore on the Northern tip of the island.

It’s located right on the border of the residential area called "Seru Pela" on the West and Aruba’s newest protected natural area "Salt Spray Park" to the East. It is bordered on 3 sides by this protected natural area.

Everything surrounding the cottage is basically the back garden… it’s quite an extraordinary location… Pure nature. Fresh ocean breezes and the distant sound of the waves to go with it. No traffic. Safe. Just nature. Ideal location for an eco-style vacation.

Although it will absolutely feel like it, the normal world with all of it’s hustle and bustle isn’t that far away. Aruba’s high rise hotel area with it’s watersports, restaurants, shops, casinos, cinemas and entertainment is only about 3 car minutes away.

Wide open views of magnificent sunrises and sunsets. And of the Alto Vista Chapel to the South, the California Lighthouse and Tierra del Sol Golf course to the North. For nature lovers this location is utterly amazing.


This is great hiking and biking territory, and will do just as well for yoga and meditation. Doing nothing at all is also perfectly fine around here.

Several mountain biking trails take you through beautiful terrain with incredible views.

Since the cottage is located in the middle of nature, it is at times visited by wild donkeys who roam the North Shore. Lately there’s a group of 8 that are coming around every few weeks. When they are around they usually hang out for a few days.

The hotels are within 3-5 minutes driving, as are the Tierra del Sol Golf Course, the Boardwalk, watersports activities, most restaurants and casinos.

It’s about 10-15 minutes to the airport depending on traffic. About 7-10 minutes to get to the main supermarkets at Eagle/Punta Brabo and about 10 minutes to get into town.

Although these distances seem small, you do need a car when you are staying here. We can assist in making reservations for you, just let us know.
